Our journey in photography began more than a decade ago when two small-town souls separately picked up their cameras and fell head over heels in love with the art. Back then, we were strangers, but fate had other plans, and our paths eventually converged. Since then, we've been inseparable.
If you've had the pleasure of working with us before, you understand just how much this business means to us. Peridot & Lace is not merely a profession; it's our livelihood, our passion, and a venture we hold dear to our hearts. Five years ago, we both experienced that overwhelming sense of defeat as we reluctantly headed to full-time jobs that didn't align with our true passions. It was a feeling of knowing we were meant for something more—more than just working to fulfill someone else's dreams and more than merely scraping by. Our inner drive was always pushing us to be our own bosses, and after conquering our fears, self-doubt, and self-destructive thoughts, we said farewell to the corporate world.
In just one year after leaving behind our corporate careers, we achieved what seemed impossible—we not only matched but tripled our full-time incomes. And within the year, we proudly joined the six-figure club as full-time photographers.
Now, we're excited and fully prepared to share the wealth of knowledge we've gained, along with the valuable lessons we've learned through trial and error, with like-minded individuals like you. We can't wait for you to be a part of this incredible journey!
